International Design Competition for Toegye-ro 10 Complex Development Project

On April 14, 2023, as the host architect, we held an international design competition for Toegye-ro 10 Complex Development Project. 

Among the 10 short lists compressed from 20 long lists, OMA, MVRDV, Perkins & Will, SOM, and Foster+Partners with global reputations were carefully selected as participating architects. A total of 10 jury members from the client, Aegis Asset Management, Shinhan Securities & Investment, KT estate, and dA Architects, selected the preferred candidate for negotiation and successfully completed the international design competition.
