The Apgujeong District 2 Redevelopment has been meticulously planned to ensure that every household enjoys a full panoramic view of the Han River. All 1,924 units are oriented toward the river, with only six residential towers strategically arranged to minimize visual obstruction. A podium design at the lower levels secures residents’ privacy while enhancing the sense of openness across the entire complex.

At the heart of the development lies a 120,000㎡ French Garden, offering a generous and refined living environment befitting the Han River’s prestige. Spanning 240 meters along the riverfront, this continuous garden not only connects the residences with nature but also extends the river views seamlessly across the site. Elevated on the podium, the garden is reserved exclusively for residents, creating a private, tranquil, and nature-rich lifestyle.
