Shinbanpo 16th Apartment Housing Reconstruction and Maintenance Project
Banpo Residential Complex was planned with a layout strategy that secures a clear visual corridor connecting the city to the Han River, taking into account the relationship between Olympic-daero and the riverside park.
A rhythmic skyline has been created through a height plan in harmony with the surrounding landscape, while a distinctive gate design establishes a new residential landmark within the Banpo apartment district, contributing to a creative urban identity.
The façades of the residential towers incorporate both protruding and open balconies, introducing a three-dimensional composition that diversifies the building elevations. Differentiated designs by zone enrich the urban landscape while blending seamlessly with the neighborhood scenery.
Along pedestrian streets and edges of the site, community facilities aligned with the local character have been arranged to bring vitality to everyday life. Step-by-step spatial compositions encourage casual encounters among residents, thereby strengthening the sense of community.
