United Nations Command Site,

THE PARKSIDE SEOUL

THE PARKSIDE SEOULis a next-generation mixed-use development project rising on the former UN Command site in Yongsan, Seoul. Nestled along the left ridge of Namsan, a site long regarded as a historic hub of military, diplomatic, and cultural significance, it presents a new paradigm for urban development.

At the very center of Seoul, the 3.03 million square meter Yongsan Park is emerging as the “Korean Central Park,” a vast green axis where global culture and business converge. Adjacent to this park, The Parkside Seoul will form powerful synergies with major developments such as Hannam New Town, Camp Kim, and the Yongsan International Business District, further elevating the future value of Yongsan.

As a Mixed-Use Development (MXD) integrating residences, offices, hotels, retail, and cultural facilities, THE PARKSIDE SEOUL places residential living at its core while ensuring that each program maintains its own identity and organically connects with others. More than a complex, it is envisioned as a new urban universe where life, business, and culture intersect.

At the heart of the project, the 330-meter pedestrian axis, “The Parkside Way,” will host world-class galleries and performance halls, becoming a new cultural landmark of Seoul where fashion, art, and cultural events converge.

THE PARKSIDE SEOUL is not merely a development project, but a symbolic endeavor that redefines the very heart of Seoul.
