The site has excellent open views and features a sloping topography. Considering the relationship with adjacent churches and cathedrals, the lower level plan was planned to be harmonious with the surroundings, and open space between buildings was secured to the maximum. Recognition was maximized with a face-to-face commercial complex expressed with a waving facade that reflects the view of the Sokcho sea, and a new landmark of Sokcho was realized through the Sky Community Bridge.
