Goyang Katery Hotel is a living accommodation project near the Korea International Exhibition Center. By planning a rich sense of volume through a three-dimensional elevation, we differentiated ourselves from large-scale hotels nearby. The balcony has a modular pattern with a double skin to control lighting and ensure privacy. The concept and design at the time of planning were maintained until completion, and various materials and construction methods were reviewed and compared to implement a modular pattern.
